GeorgiaMel, you can respond to a Community Help post by clicking on the "Comment" link. That is, you don't need to respond with a separate post. That way your response will be seen by the person posting a question.
Everything Else and Mature Audiences are separate categories although Mature Audience is a sub-category of Everything Else and is reached by first clicking on Everything Else and then on the Mature Audiences link at the top.
