it's great discovering what really works - for me I think writing has a huge role in helping me get a handle on what's going on

I went to a counsellor after the breakup of my relationship. After three sessions I realised I found it much more therapeutic to talk to the friend I was staying with. At least she gave me answers.

This is a very thoughtful and reflective piece. Any time a person
undergoes such a major transition, as you did, the elation and drops in mood and thinking are expected.  Are you still in the Catholic Church?
