hi guys
the whole post was simply having a bit of professionally non-specific fun with political jargon... designed to say an awful lot about nothing in particular... high flying language that has no point and the line about what we know we know, what we know we don't know and what we don't know we don't know was some lifted from something said by Donald Rumsfeld.

Could you give us some specifics? I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to get across.

you wrote: "there needs to be flexibility in response to matters as they arise. I’m talking about a flexible response to what we know, what we know we don’t know and what we don’t know we don’t know" i don't know if i got it correctly, but don't you think one must have a set educated guesses to response prior to action. most of the time its too late when matters actually arise.

thanks for your comment on my post, i wrote a post titled you :)
