He is ISN
He loves the girls to death and does all the night time stuff for me when he gets home, baths, stories and tuck in. How can I possibly complain?

My husband in all truth can sleep through anything
I think I am the only one who notices that the baby's feet are buried in my hair. Your hubby sounds like a keeper :)

ISN..
Our oldest slept with us (mostly) until she was 18 months old. Then she easily moved into her big girl bed. She hated the bars on the crib. Our baby is still in with us. She always starts the night in her own crib, but then when she wakes up in the night to eat she comes to bed with us - then we all fall asleep and she ends up spending the rest of the night with us. I don't mind too much, and my husband actually has a hard time sleeping without the baby with us. Weird - but that's why I love him.

Mom vs. wife vs. sanity

I never slept with my kids.  My first husband would have had no part of that.  That poor man is a sociopath and will never be happy. I just hope he realizes at some point that he needs help and will truly get it.

Enough about that.  My kids have always been the light of my life, even when they made me cry or worry.  They have always known of and felt my affection for them.  We are close now that they are adults and they appreciate all the affection they grew up with, at least from their mom.

I have many pleasant memories of them as they were growing up and I treasure those memories.  You will, too.  Best of luck and life to you.

Sincerely, RAME

It happened to you too!
I am so glad I'm not the only "softie" who lets her kids sleep with them waaay too long. Thanks for sharing :)

Ah, Memories...

Not three months ago my toddler was still sleeping in my bed.  I remember all too well the state of walking sleep I was in throughout most of my so-called waking hours.  I went through this with all three of my bed-hoggers, er, lovely children.

I do hope you get some rest soon.  Mommies and daddies are people too :)

I really am going to try tonight
thanks for the advice. I will start planting the seed in my little one's head now!

If you are willing to endure
some crying, you will get them to sleep in their own bed. Sometimes talking about it during the day helps. They understand more than we think (the two year old). Good luck. It will be hard.

:) Thanks Tapsel-T
You make a good point! I'll run that by my husband, after my nap!

IsSanityNear - Cute post. I miss those years. I do hope, though...
that you find some times in the bed just for you and hubby.    For some strange reason, husbands can get a bit jealous of the little ones now and then.
