Great post
I don't agree with a couple of things, but I defend your right to say them.  I think Bush is dangerous in his effect on the economy, environment, and our stature in the world (for example, check Parris' article).  And I don't think he's smart; I think he's rich with a lot of smart "handlers" as they call them today.  I'm trying to lighten up,  but it is so hard.  I voted a couple of weeks ago, in case I dropped dead before the election, was tied up and held prisoner by demented Bush supporters, or something of that nature.  Nice you're in a blue state (my favorite color, even before).  Ours is one of the undecided ones.  They are swarming all over us constantly.

I'm lucky enough
to live in a "blue" state, so we haven't been bombarded with ads.
