Copying your posts

If you would like to copy any of your posts to a Microsoft Word document, for instance, you need to select all the text you want to copy on a blog page by using the following keys:

Press the Control (Ctrl) key and the "A" key at the same time to select all the text or use your mouse to select the text you want to copy.

Then press the Control (Ctrl) and the "C" keys to copy the text you have already selected.

Then switch to a program such as Microsoft Word and paste in the copied text. Use the Control (Ctrl) and "V" keys to paste in the text. Instead of these keys, you may also carry out the same steps by going to Edit and using the relevant functions.

Hope that helps!

Deleting posts and blogs

scriber, you can delete posts by using the calendar feature to go to previous days that contain posts and then use the "delete" links under each post.

You may also delete the whole blog by using the link at the bottom of the Edit page that says Delete this entire blog and all of its posts.

Please note that if you use this link all your posts and the blog itself will be deleted and you will *not* be able to recover any of it. We do not keep a copy of your blog so please do not use this link unless you are certain you want to delete the complete blog.

Thank you.
