It's funny you say, "If we want a cleaner environment, then we must learn to throw away trash ourselves."

I knew that there was something wrong with my owner when I thew away my Bible collection in despair, and my gold rimmed image of Jesus ended up at the city dump.  I soon realized that I was the one who had first been thrown away by my Christian husband and the father of my son, Joshua, who was named in God's honor and baptised in a humble and reverent church.  I went out and bought a brand new Bible and prayed that some wandering lost person would land upon the buried treasure to the end they be saved by the preservation of its wisdom.

Make2short,
Good point. There's a lot of talk about keeping religion out of poltics, but one doesn't believe in examing our own consciences, then it's easy to fall prey to thinking that it's all someone else's fault.

I think our political campaigns would be different if what you say is true. Politics, advertising, and most of modern culture is based on emotion and intellectual manipulation.
