I've taken several science courses where all the information you just presented clear and concisely was also presented to me. The moon at one point had an atmosphere, but since it was made up of less dense elements than ours, was swept away into space soon after. It's hard for me to believe that some people refute scientific evidence so easily, when some of it is so obvious.

as long as they have their idol of a god
they will persist in not accepting a logical explanation of the Universe in opposition to what they believe.

Thanks for the link - it's an excellent article. It would have probably convinced me if I wasn't convinced already!

Witty
And anyone else interested, here is a page that does a great job of showing the logic to some of your comment.

I am not scientifically minded and have no idea how all these things work. However, what puzzles me is why any of it, accurate or not, would be proof of a creator? Perhaps it's proof of an architect from another solar system instead. We also have to consider all the flaws in the system - a 'perfect' god would not create a universe with flaws, it simply wouldn't be possible.

Hey -- the woman's nickname is a mythical creature that no person has ever seen. What do
expect from her?
