By the way, had you already decided on Bush? Or am I just beating around the bush? Hmm, tell me, my friend, what flip-flopping are we talking about here. I often wear my flip-flops to the beach, where I traverse the sands looking for that single oyster with the pearl. Or perhaps that one grain of sand that'll foretell the truth to our past.

Hwever . . . .
The President does not decide on military pay; Congress does. Many of the promises Kerry is making (Actually, Most of the promises he is making!) are beyond the Constitutional duties of a president.
