How right you are.
We just need to remember to always put God first.

Aardvark,
If we ALL had more faith, there would be less immorality and social ills.

Daarke,
I do think that morals and faith are related. If you have faith in God and want to please Him, live up to the way His Son lived, and show how much you want to be like Him and show Him that you appreciate Him, you will have good morals and feel badly when your good morals lapse.

Aardvark's comment about morals ... I'm wondering if you think that morals and faith are related and if so how?  Personally, I'm thinking faith comes first...and morals will generally follow in time.  So there probably is a connection.  I think a lot of the imorality in the world comes from people trying to fill their time to not be so bored, hurt, etc.  So if those things can be healed as faith develops, then they will eventually be unneeded.

Very good stuff. Thank you for sharing. All that are willing need to take the candles out from under the baskets. Be blessed.

I can sympathize with your sentiments, but I don't equate immorality and social ills with lack of religious faith.

BTW
best wishes in trying to get through to the hard headed heathens around here, I've been trying for 18 months! But, I'm just planting seeds, the Master Gardener will take care of the harvest.
