Hmmm.
It was easy to find info on Louisiana feral pigs, but not cats.  My Siamese cats have belly flaps, and they are not fat at all, rather lean and lanky.  I was concerned about that after watching a cat performance where the narrator said a cat shouldn't have a flap like that.  Mine have not been fat and lost weight, it's just the way they are, so now I feel better.  They are little Cheetahs, made for running! <laugh>  Maybe you can get a book out of the feral cat story?

Belly flap?
My Felicity has something that sounds like this, but I am not sure if she was born with it, or if she was spayed by a sloppy vet!  Our Louisiana feral cats are very muscled with thick paws and dense coats.  We also have feral pigs down here.  I guess all creatures go a little wild down in New Orleans!

Could be.
There is the Domestic Shorthair, Domestic Longhair, and Domestic Medium Hair. I don't think cats can be shown without being registered with the CFA (Cat Fanciers' Association), but I've seen the acronym DSH used in descriptions.  One of the best kinds of cats there is!

I'm not a breed, I'm just a "cat mutt," haha! Seriously, is there a term for that? Love, Rocky the Rabid Ranter
