Hi Tyto-Alba
I hear lots of good stuff about Olive Oil.  I've tried using several different oils.. Maybe I'll add some olive oil to the mix and see!  THanks!!

Hi
A friend of mine swears by rubbing olive oil all over bump, buttocks and thighs- she has two children and not a stretch mark to be seen! Best of luck with the pregnancy.

Daisysface,

Hopefully you'll have better luck getting an understanding doctor than I did.  Not only did my doctor's incision leave a huge indent on my belly, but he also put my previously perfectly symmetrical tattoo back crooked (I'll have to have it redone), and my belly button points to the left.

If I were you, I would ask that they place the incision slightly below the one you already have.  You'll scar worse over a previous scar, maybe because "fresh" skin knits together better than damaged skin.  Sounds like you have skin similar to mine.

Good luck and congrats!

IsIs..  I scar very easily too.  A little zit can leave a 3 month mark on my face, even if I dont touch.  However, my first c-section scar is virtually undectable.. I think I might have put some Aloe on it, but not faithfully.  Hopefully this next c-section, the scarring will be minimal..   Hmm... time will tell I suppose..   LUCKY YOU, for no stretch marks!!!

Neat ideas,

I'm one of the lucky ones - no stretch marks.  I do, however, scar easily and find I avert my eyes from the ugly c-section scar.  I had a tattoo done over it, so nobody at work seems to notice.  But I see it!

I wonder if the stretch mark creams would help soften the scar/dent?
