Hmmmm....not sure.
Maybe if you reworded it somehow.....like...
When you're out partying on your birthday, remember that two wrongs don't make a right....
It takes at least three.
Get the picture? You need to say something that will imply that they may do something "wrong".

not for birthday
I don't particularly like this one for a birthday card....doesn't seem to have much to do with a birthday...ALTHOUGH...I really like the idea....but maybe on a different kind of card..one that would be fitting for the phrase.
