I like your analogy. Even in climbing a mountain, there are peaks and valleys. And you are right, we are all in this together. No one person at a level is any better than another person at a lower level. It's all about growth and understanding. BTW, thanks for the kind words.

I like being informed by you.
I liken development to climbing a mountain -- or hill if the mountain seems too big a task.
If one is not content to remain in the valley below where everything is secure, then one strives for the summit. It is a constant ascent, to be sure; yet it is not constantly uphill. There are valleys. There are plateaus. These are to be expected.
It is interesting, though, looking about, seeing the stages the people are in.
Of course, we cannot hold a person at any stage as being above or below another. We are all in this together.
Some are seekers. Some are content, feeling they've found it and need nothing more.
The Apostle Paul says, though, and I paraphrase the J.B. Phillips Translation: "No matter what a man thinks he may know, he still has a lot to learn."
You are helping us to keep this in mind.
