Hear hear!

Some other tips (everyone will have a ton):

1. Dedicate a fair space in your freezer to ice (blue ice is nice) and keep it near the top so it converts your freezer into an icebox.

2. Although most power outages occur during the day, some phosphorescent (glows in the dark, not just with UV light) tape around flashlights, doorknbs, light switches, etc. will make a nightime outage easier to take. And just for fun, put a bit on your bedroom ceiling fan on one blade..............................................................
