You're welcome. I'm sure they have them at a store near you, you just weren't aware of it so you never noticed them before. It's very easy to make and you can keep tortilla shells as a staple for making all sorts of things.

It's a mexican dish. Usually ground beef or chicken, cheeses, refried beans or black beans and tomato-- give or take or some similar combination are rolled together in a flour tortilla and heated. People usually eat it with sour cream or guacamole. Mexican dishes-- tacos, burritos, enchiladas, taquitos are really popular here in the U.S.

Not sure yet, will probably have sweet and sour noodles with peas, or a rice and bean burrito with a side of diced tomato and sour cream. I am leaning towards the burrito, though...

Symp--seriously, I probably will have a catfish sandwich, baked potato,
salad, and some fruit. not a major Sunday dinner, pretty average for me. Would be better with a little of my favorite pie.
