Indeed they do!! I have a trunk full of momentos too. This will gross you out but I have the embilicord from my daughters belly button when it fell off in a ziplock bag.

It really is a sweet poem
Us moms are just big gushy messes when it comes to our kids. I have kept many momentos for when they are older. They grow up way too fast for me.

I have the same poem stashed away someplace. My son made it for me in nursery school. My gosh! SEVEN YEARS AGO!!! I was feeling pretty young.
