Thank you for popping by and reading me. I asure you my flight in the wheelchair made me a better and more courageous person. It's my friend Ranj who's the hero - he has no mobility in his legs or arms; just some movement in his hands! What a guy! (I must write more about him). Thanks for caring (I'll be reading you often)

yes I am feeling a little better...after eating junk food............wrong food I know
but I do feel very tired and I am opting for an early night tonight...maybe even the same time as the children...as I know my body is in need for some rest...............and my eyes..........well I can't seem to stop making typos..............thanks for reading and commneting and for your concern....take care and enjoy your day
