Just one addition to your post - although there MAY be a million or so people making good money on the Web, remember that there are close to 2 BILLION people surfing it, spedning so that the others can make money.
Making money on the Web is possible, but you can be sure it is NOT through 99% of the schemes that say they will make money for you.

LOL...
Loved it! Especially the pay for surfing stuff. I tried that at some point. And the pay to shop? Yeah, you get a 10% discount...but you still pay more than you earn. The downline stuff can work if you can recruit people. But I think your best bet is to come up with something original to sell.
