miracle
A 'miracle' is nothing more than the unambitious giving up on thought. "Oh, we can't quite explain this...it must be a miracle."  It's a cop out.

Westwend

I have grown to learn that EVERYTHING is a miracle.  They just occur so gradually and so apparently that they are recognized as such.  I found something in one of my journals the other day, it was something like :

"I know why there is a scientific explanation for everything.  It's because God IS science, science is GOD.  Science is magic, God is magic.  Why is it that no one seems to understand this?:"

OF course we can find an explantion for things that are mysterious, like electricity, and television and cell phones, but Jesus, we have an explanation because we were given the ability to discover and invent.

I read once where 100 years ago, a paper published that we had gone as far in science as possible, and there was no more left to discover, and look at what WASN'T 100 years ago.  All of these things that exist now, would have been "miracles" then, right?

We just acclimate, that's all, but I try to stay aware of this.  Looking into my daughters eyes helps a lot.

Today, I wrote my thoughts on the Internet, and a person in China can
read them as soon as I hit a button at the bottom of the page.
