Sorry if I'm overstepping....
I don't know what your full situation is--I've tried to read through many of your posts--but I think the bottom line is that your mission, difficult as it may be, is that of all parents.  Can you ready them for the "real world"?  If not, what steps do you need to take to ensure their well-being after you are gone?  I have a good friend with a sister who is bipolar and an alcoholic.  Her family had monumental difficulties to overcome but she is now living on her own.  In your position it's probably hard to step back and be objective, but forget about all the shame, guilt and "what is everyone else thinking" stuff and do what's right for you and them.  No one else matters.
