They are smarter then we think
I have dealt with mentally unstable people and it scares the hell out of me. You never know what they are capable of. I wish you luck.

All this must be so hard on you...
I guess we all have to bear up under the pressures, but life could be a bit easier if administrative functions were not tied up with all kinds of red tape.
