I often suffer from loneliness, too!!!!!! And for the most part, it is good not to trust most people. But I agree with everyone else, your heart and your beauty shine through in everything you write, and you are just exquisite in your photo!!!
We cannot depend upon anyone else, for sure, so we need to be able to depend upon ourselves. Love yourself just as much as you would love anyone else your really loved!!!!!
Wrap your arms around you and squeeze, and give yourself a hug from me! Put on your make up and look in the mirror before you leave and say to yourself, "I look good today!' And then go out that door and have a great day, and promise yourself no negative self-thoughts and no self-deprication, not even in a sarcastic mode, for one entire day. If you fail, and begin, just catch yourself, stop immediately and replace it with a positive thought about yourself. This is very difficult at first, but it is a very good habit to develop.
Do it, Max, and that is an order!!!!!!!!!
