I'm glad you're alright and that you did what needed to be done
You should be proud, it shows strength. Know that there is still, and always will be, support for you as you continue dealing with this. Thank you for taking the steps to help yourself, and I'm glad you intend on seeking counseling. Take care

You're right - it wasn't a marketing ploy
It's just that I'd unintentionally written a popular post. I have a phone number for a counseling service and I'll call them first thing in the morning.

I would hate to think your suicide discussions are merely a marketing ploy. That being said, get to a professional who can help you immediately. Discussions of suicide are serious and should not be taken lightly by anyone. There are free services available. Call an intervention hotline. This is not the place for formal counseling. Venting, creative thinking, sure. If you have a family, don't jeopardize what you have by fiddling with this to save your LIFE, as well-loved as you are here. Real people make the difference. Touch them, hold onto them, trust them.
