manipulative words now. I know you love him, or else you would not have married him, but you need to love yourself and your children FIRST! Be strong, and by the way, I am very proud of you! That was not an easy thing to do!

but am so relieved to see you getting away from the situation. Hope that maybe you can find some way to keep us posted on your progress. You are doing the right thing, and I am so very happy for you and your children. I hope your husband takes this time to realize what he has been doing to his family, and makes the choice to keep you in his life.
But know that if he does not, if the hold of the alcohol is stronger on him than his own family, it does not mean he never loved you. He will be left to his own ghosts, and if he does not realize how wonderful you are, then you must move on. It is the hardest, but most honest tribute to your love for him - because the man you loved is no more; I know you would not have married a man who did not care about you as much as you cared about him, so you must ask yourself, if you came across that man, what would he want you to do? Endure this abuse, or continue and have a happy life?
The decisions are yours and you have made such wise and wonderful ones so far. I admire your strength, Symphony, and I hope you take this time to enjoy your children's company. You need each other right now.
I will be thinking about you, and I wish you the very best in whatever happens
