Re: Rankings going up but no money
Congrats on more people reading you and your rankings going up! As more people start to read you your rankings will be affected within a matter of days. But it will take longer for earnings to reflect the increased readership.

Here's why. Each new reader who reads, say, a page of one of your blogs is counted as a unique reader that day and will immediately start to impact your rankings.

However, if they only read one page of your writing and have already read 99 pages of another writer over the last few days, your earnings forecast will only increase by 1/100th of their writer payment for the month -- that's 3 or 4 cents -- unless or until they read more of your work before their monthly cycle ends.

Therefore, rankings and earnings do not necessarily have a correlation since earnings, or the lack of, depend on whether most or all of your readers are reading only you or many other bloggers and therefore diluting how much you earn from them.

To increase earnings, you should:

1. Increase the number of readers reading you (which you are obviously already doing!)
2. Attract Blogit members who're more likely to only, or mostly, read you.
3. Use the Blogit Referral Program to sign up new readers who join Blogit to read you thus earning you the $10 Referral reward as well as most of their writer payments.

Hope that helps!

Regards,
