I haven't figured out the template setup here...
I have been trying to make the blog look more like my website at http://www.roguesun.com. But I don't think that is possible. So since having people read my writing is the key here, I have decided to quit tweaking and go with what everybody knows works.

Well no wonder he can't afford to send his kids to college. I saw Talion's comment about problems with your template, and apparently you've changed it. I definitely want to read more from you!
(I probably would not have ben able to before with my shitty computer.)

Again, I think there's something wrong with the template you're using. I can't see the text at all. It may just be my monitor, but your lack of comments could reveal that I am not alone. While I would not dare tell you what to do with your blog, I wish you would change it back to normal black on white. It's not very pretty, but at least I could read it.
