Moore, A No-Show!
Michael Moore did not show because he is a spineless worthless liberal. That is the real reason. He is below swine. A high school drop out who has surrounded himself with wealthy Hollywood types who are as worthless and stupid as he is. I don't have to see that crap of a movie. I would not give him two cents, must less watch his propaganda lies. Good to see the people of Texas having good sense. The problem is, in this nation , there are too many people who are brainwashed with that liberal crap. Hey, don't worry, even if Bush wins this time, I am sure it will be Edwards or Hillary winning in 2008. Then you will see what I mean by liberal brainwashing crap. That is if we still have a country.

Interesting choice of words
I say Moore "broke his word" about attending, your say he wisely "changed his mind."

I forget who originated this saying, but it is always best to say what you mean, and mean what you say. If you say, on national media, that you will attend your own propoganda event, and then you fail to do so, then that is breaking your word.

Like I said, it is so typical of liberals. Whatever you feel at the moment, completely wipes out what you felt the moment before. Such impulsiveness and unreliability disgusts me.

Moore was wise to change his mind about attending, because he didn't want to turn your little town into a media circus and also divert attention from the main business in Boston.  Good move on his part.  Glad the film was well attended, and I'm sure it changed some minds about Mad George (the folks who were storming around on the streets holding pro-Bush signs and honking horns probably didn't bother to see the movie, so how could they know what they were protesting?).  What did YOU think about the film?

Thanks for your eye-witness report
I wondered how this weird event played out. Your report is somehow comforting. How typical of liberals that Moore would break his word and not show up. How typical of Texans to show their distaste for a "carpet-bagger" Yankee who shows up to try to take advantage of locals. How typical of down-home country folk to enjoy a spectacle, without letting it affect their solid moral values or their confidence.

I hope that such wonderful values prevail in the November election.
