We're looking at ways to improve this
However, even if we provide a way for you to easily make public who *you* are reading -- since that's your prerogative -- we will not be providing any way for you as a writer to know who is reading your work without the reader's permission.
Many readers want to protect their privacy. If they want you to know that they've been reading you they will either leave you a comment or email you about your writing. Think of it as similar to going to a library and checking out certain books to read. What that person reads is their business and not the writer's or anyone else's.
