Of course, of course...
...and all the pundits and empathizers spewing the pablum about the US being, "attacked," by an alien force is complete bullshit and ballyhoo.
You can fit a jumbo jet into a hole the size that was left at the Pentagon, and you can't make a jumbo jet vaporize into thin air, either. The physics of what they say happened at the Pentagon, and the photographic evidence (all that we have left) just won't allow it to occur.
You can't fly jumbo jets into the redundant systems of the WTC and cause the steel to sag, buckle and send both towers tumbling down. And you most definitely would not see the South Tower falling first when most of the impact and the jet fuel went spilling into the air because the jet hit the corner of the building, instead of dead-on as was the case with the North Tower. There were thermite explosives planted in those buildings -- their collapse and the puddle of molten steel at the bottom of the WTC ruins proves this. Jet fuel and carpet do NOT get hot enough to make industrial grade steel sag. That was and is pure fiction.
Finally, Flight 93 was shot out of the sky. There is even a pilot who has told us that he did so under orders and a former colonel in the Air Force to back up his story.
Of course this was a Pearl Harbor type attack. Muslim fundamentalists are a pain in the ass just like Christian fundamentalists...but they don't have the skills and determination to do the kind of damage that they did in the manner that they did it without governmental support. Our enemy is now, and has always been, the "national security," state and the beasts that do its bidding among the extra-governmental spook networks who have taken control of our foreign policy apparatus.
I am quite certain that if the American public knew what their actual foreign policy was, who was implementing and why it is the way that it is, they would not only empathize with the people of the Middle East, they would throw these monsters off the planet. They do not deserve to be called, "humans."

this means that this could have been a disaster that was easily preventable but wasn't prevented?
that the jets were purposely allowed through to wreak their damage?
so we could have a "Pearl Harbor" type disaster where it would be not good to oppose the Administration's decisions?

Wish I Could Disagree WIth You...
...but I can't.
In fact, I'd be in favor of trying the entire administration for High Crimes and Misdemeanors as a part of a group impeachment. Not to mention most of the members of the Supreme Court. The Constitution is very, very clear about whose purview the election results from a particular state resides in. Namely, the state. There is to be no federal intervention.
You can not be for, "state's rights," while at the same time be seen chipping away at those same state's rights.
The whole lot of them showed their true colors -- what they are really FOR is chopping up government into such small pieces that any corporation of any considerable size can swoop in and OWN them lock, stock and barrel. Like Kerr McGee owns Oklahoma even AFTER Karen Silkwood's murder.
Corporate malfeasance should be treated the same way individual malfeasance is: punishment to include the separation of the corporation from the society.

Could have saved the Pentagon
While Bush sat there like an idiot, he had 45 minutes to scramble fighters over DC. That was how long between the second WTC hit and the Pentagon hit. The burn wounds from the crash...devastating. People were melting alive, still crying out with the flesh all hanging around them in a puddle. Death was not instant, as they want us to believe. Bush is inept, dangerously so. Impeach him.
