This is incredibly powerful and touches me deeply, as I'm sure it would many others. Please continue to share, if it doesn't destroy you to do so. I sense from your words a caring, compassionate man who did what he could to alleviate the misery and suffering he has witnessed. Please also love yourself for the very real human being you are.
