I am always amazed that people are shocked by this stuff. The male teachers were sleeping with the female students (possibly male) back when I was in junior high school--in the mid-70s. And sex ed would go a long way in ending this kind of behavior. Kids are just not aware of the way they are being manipulated by teachers for sex. They think it is "love" (gag). As for subs--well, it is hard to keep decent full time instructors in the profession. You can imagine what is out there substituting.

The oral escapades are a presidential legacy
Bill Clinton's greatest "legacy" will be that he taught our nation, and our children, that oral sex is not really sex. The damage he caused with that outrageous fallacy is immeasurable. The man should be flogged and castrated, but we have to see his smirking hole on TV almost every day.
