Check out the Blogit help page on linking: http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Help/HelpPage.aspx?page=formattingposts. You can use the toolbar as long as you're using IE 6.0 or later on a PC.
Also, the Community Help blog is a better place to post questions such as this.
