Sometimes I feel the same way...usually when I'm unhappy with my relationship with John, my husband....Can I ask you a question without making you freak? Why did you have 5 kids? This is a question I frequently ask myself, so PLEASE don't feel I'm judging you, just asking for clarity's sake.
