funeral

As having a month ago lost my Father, a WWII veteran, and I wish I could have implemented some of your suggestions at his military service.  The problem:  I think photographs of the deceased distasteful.

Jamaicans Crazy?
Or are the rest of us?  Sometimes even painful memories of loved ones are better than no memories.

People will think Jamaicans are crazy...

but nowadays families hire videographers to film funerals.  I really can't figure out why I'd want to have pain prolonged like that.  The photos are gruesome enough!

Meriamne
I think Theme funerals would work very well; I covered some aspects of that earlier in this blog, I think.  There has been so much written here I do not remember it all.

Funny post!

How about theme funerals?  I always thought it would be cool to have dancing, one of those spinning disco balls, and all the men dressed in drag at my funeral.  Think people would go for it?

Or just invite the corpse to your wedding....
...thereby getting two photo shoots for the price of one. See my blog (the post on "Creepy wedding antics") for details of a NZ family that did just this.
