Alas, as i said in a Comment elsewhere, when a brutal government starts a brutal and illegal war, then brutality will be the result.
In some ways, I feel for the soldiers involved. They are but pawns in this mad global game of greed that is feeding the military-industrial complex in all it's twisted, wrought-iron glory.
