Well, Up Here...
...in semi-tropical Northumberland, it's been fine! And dry! And quite warm, too! All windows and doors open, letting the spring breezes waft through...
Next time, get the reg plate and walk in to the nearest police station to report the little f***er. It IS illegal, and pretty bloody stoopid too.
Good news on your baby, though. My sister hung about on her bum till she was almost three!!
