Cut and paste, it's all data!
1. Create a WORD folder called "BN Stuff" or some such.
2. Write your stuff in WORD, store it in that folder so you don't lose it and working-titled with the date so you can keep track of it, and then you can go there and use it whenever and wherever you like.
3. If you have already posted it, do the steps above; then, open a blank document.
4. Go to your post, highlight the material you want, then cut it out with the scissors icon.
5. Paste it into your document.
6. If you are still writing it and decide you want to do this, either wait and do it as above, or cut-and-paste as above but remember to re-paste the material into your post a-borning.
7. Forget everything except steps 1 and 2.
8. (Why would you want to to that anyway? You cheatin' on us or sumthin'?).
