As detailed on the Help page titled Withdrawing Earnings:
Each month, we will check to see whether Automatic Electronic Payment was selected as of 11:59 pm Blogit Time on the last day of the previous month. If it was, and your account balance is at least $5.00, you will be sent the balance [by the 15th of the current month].
Hope that helps.
However, if you had asked for payment by February 29, 2004 and did not get a payment sent to you by March 15, please let us know and we'll look into it. Otherwise, yes you will be sent your earnings by the 15th of ths month.

So I should received payment on March 15 because I requested the payment
before that date... in any case, does that mean that I will be receiving it tomorrow April 15?

Payments are sent by the 15th
Runsatdawn, as we responded to your previous question about this on March 11, 2004, writer earnings are sent out by the 15th of each month for the statement issued on the 1st of each month covering the previous month.
