Resubscribing / changing card info

If you cancel and immediately resubscribe, you will not lose any blogs. We recommend this approach.

Regarding the Change Card Info page, as stated in the previous comment, we tested it by signing into your account and were able to access the page. This does not mean that you are not having difficulty, simply that we could not reproduce the problem using your account, so it is difficult to provide suggestions.

We did inadvertently post an extra "http://" in the link below. The correct link, as originally sent in email, to the Change Card Info page is:

Yes, I can type your address into the address space and click into the website but NOT

from the links you have provided me.

this is a simple fact and truth that you have failed to acknowledge on your part.

I'm not trying to make you guys wrong here, however, you must at some point validate my experience and check into your end of things.

 the link in this message I clicked on it and it linked me to an unavailable web page.
