Try these two things
The best way to deal with this is to be patient. When you're posting a blog or comment online you are at the whim of the Internet. Sometimes the Internet can be slow. Or we could be having a problem with the site itself. That is very rare but possible! 
So click only once and wait a few seconds. And make sure that the cursor isn't showing the hourglass next to the arrow cursor. That means my click has been registered. And the site is working on posting your blog or comment.
Or report the problem. And come back later to post. Hope that helps!
