THAT didn't come out right.

"Smetimes you just don't have anything to say that isn't corny, gauche, or otherwise inappropriate" wasn't about your writing, but using the generic "you" (meaning me and everyone else) and about comments.

Sort of a respectful silence, got it? Alright!

Oddly enough, many people don't comment on moving material

and I don't mean clothing on live people.

SOmetimes you just don't have anything to say that isn't corny, gauche, or otherwise inappropriate.

Get a hit counter or watch your earnings to detect how many people are actually clicking in.

PS: Read and comment elsewhere to get folks interested in your stuff. Go to their blogs and be witty!

It Depends

It may take a few days. Before people discover you. And you get known. Posting in Town Square is one way. Another way is to befriend other writers. So if you see someone else's work. That you like. You should comment on their writing. Some percentage of those writers will then check you out. And if they like your work. They're sure to comment!
