another one you might try that I was using with these other two is L-Lysine 500mg. It also helps to descrease body fat. Don't take it alone though, take the other 2 with it. You can research more on that reason for sure, I forget. But I do know it not the safest.

Actually I used this supplement in tha past. I did like the results when I was trying to diet. I lost 40pds in like 2 months. I have a large herbal remedy book and have never been disappointed with the results of what they suggest. If I find it I'll let you know the name of it. Very large book. I took L-Tyrosine 500mg after dinner every evening along with L-Arginine 500mg. Your supose to take the Arganine along with the tyrosine or it will have effects on your stomach. The L-Arginine helps decrease body fat and another plus, support sexual health. The L-Tyrosine Supresses appetite and cravings and supports postive mood. I could tell you much more if I had my book. Let me look around.- Jen

It's supposed to do the same thing but I've always gone the yogurt route. Are you taking any days off from exercise? I've read that exercise, especially weight lifting, releases toxins into your body from the 'tearing' of muscles so they can be built up stronger. Maybe your body isn't getting rid of the toxins? Add in the stress you are under with all the politics as well as the test coming up and you might just be overwhelming your system with icky stuff. Have you tried stuff to flush your system? I don't know if it's a good idea before your test though. I'm just starting to learn about them.
