When it is a brand new post and you have just hit save and post then suddenly see a typo or error-- if you hit the back key and change information instead of going to the edit button it will post again, people do this purely by accident. That's how I know, I've done it on occasion. But some people do use it after the 25-30 minute time limit when their post vanishes off of the homepage. I assume they just copy and paste the newest post, then repost. Scriber may be able to help you out on that one. Hope this helps.

New posts
New posts appear automatically on the Home Page. In the New Posts section. If you post successive new posts on a blog, only the latest post will show up for each of your blogs.
