the form of HPV i have doesn't really affect men.. which is why it is so dangerous... guys dont KNOW they are givin it to u! luckily.. it is one of the rarest forms of HPV... so its no ALL that likely that the average female will get it... i have faith in all of the men that i (voluntarily) slept with to admit when they KNOW they have some problems down there... tho the person i contracted it from was the guy who raped me last year.. but i just keep wondering-- what if it had been someone I DID trust who had given it to me without even knowing?? how would i react towards that person? *sigh it makes me worry for all of my friends.. and all of the women i dont know.. the unfortunate few who thought they were safe... and weren't

Don't let men tell you they can't tell they have it!
Herpes viruses create a burning pain, guys have the equivalent of cold sores or burning little craters. They can tell there's something needing attention, it is just that many will not seek treatment or blow treatment off as it is not (presently) curative or easy to do. Bahstids!
HPV is being worked on, and while AIDS blew it off the scope in 1980, the work on AIDS has bootstrapped HPV treatment along. Hang tough!!
