How is it "missing the point of the site" to ask if I can use a template without having to re-design it around the site logo? 
I express myself through the entire design of the blog, not just through the text of what I write. (Not to imply that good writing isn't the first and foremost goal, of course.) I'm hardly alone in feeling this way—just visit the thousands of blogs out there.
I'll drop it now. Though I stand by my original question. :)

The simple Blog Template
here is printer friendly.
I have seen a lot of those pages with background images and background colors -- that is going to be hard to print. Too demanding on the ink.

I think the logo is fine even with templates, but....
It would be better if it were a transparent image so that there wouldn't be white around it showing when colored templaes are used.

The point...
I think you miss the point of this site. Blogit is not a site that charges to host your web page. Read some of the other blogs and you will get the feel of it. Where is there another site that charges the monthly fee and helps your earn money? Take a good look around.
