Part two

I remember the day I found I my birth certificate. At that age, I was horribly confused by it. I didn't recognize the name typed under the section for father, and why was his birthplace in South America? An Interesting Discussion on Immigration (part 1)

Back in 1971, a man named Partricio Guillermo Canales escaped communist Chile on a tuna boat.
