Why Depression Feels so Icky

If depression is, in fact, separation from God, then why does it feel like no matter how hard we try and how sincerely we ask, God is just not there for us? Depression as Separation from God

I want to oversimplify and tell you that depression is nothing more and nothing less than separation from God. God has not veiled the Light. I have.
