Sisters

You took her tiny hand And removed it from your face 'Don't touch me, Sophie' You said with a grimace on your face She looked at you and laughed Not understanding what you said She slowly reached out her tiny hand And placed it on your head You do not see it now But it is the beginning of your bond... As I layed you down to sleep And the music hummed it's tune You slowly drifted off to sleep Lit only by the light of the moon I watched your slow smile As it appeared across your face I wondered if you were chasing fairies Or if your horse had won first place Were you dancing the waltz in the grand...
