Everyone has the right to be proactive in their health decisions.  You have to do what you feel is right for you. After all, it is your body. Praying for your healing.

As an RN I am sure you understand the risks and are making a decision based on your medical knowledge. I believe medical treatment of that type should be left up to the individual. My Mommom had a hernia that stuck out of the side of her stomach area. She was always in pain, but she refused medical treatment for it. It used to scare me. She was also a type 2 diabetic. She passed away a few months after her 68th birthday. I feel like I lost many good years with her. Be safe and have a good evening. (((Hugs))) Regular smile

There is always something to worry us. I did have mine fixed a few years ago.

Of course I had been mauling heavy tack around for years..

You seem to have a nice Doctor, we are sometimes poked off with paramedics.

Or a big notice in the surgery listing conditions which the Doctors think the

chemist will advise on and of course charge the full price.  If one is over 60 it is free

but the word is it might extend to 65./At £10 a whack it will not be popular.🌺🌺

Your Dr. is wise if she listens to your advice - one health care pro to another.  Stay cozy.

Following your educated intuitions and logic seems quite reasonable. 😘
